By accessing our website, making a booking, or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. General
The Golf Lounge provides indoor golf simulator experiences, food and beverage services, coaching, corporate events, and related entertainment services.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability.
Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received (where applicable).
Customers must arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled booking.
Late arrivals may result in reduced playing time.
Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time.
3. Payment
We accept approved payment methods available at checkout.
Prices displayed on the website include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.
The Golf Lounge reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking will receive a full refund or booking credit.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking may not qualify for a refund.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
5. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
Expiry dates apply where indicated.
6. Dress Code & Conduct
Guests are expected to:
Treat staff and other guests respectfully.
Follow all simulator safety instructions.
Wear appropriate footwear.
Use equipment responsibly.
The Golf Lounge reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who behave inappropriately without refund.
7. Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is only served to persons aged 18 years or older in accordance with South African law.
Proof of identification may be requested.
We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated persons.
8. Damage to Property
Guests are responsible for any damage caused through negligence or intentional misconduct.
The Golf Lounge reserves the right to recover repair or replacement costs.
9. Liability
Participation in golf activities is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, The Golf Lounge shall not be liable for:
Personal injury
Loss of personal belongings
Indirect or consequential damages
Business interruption
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Health & Safety
Guests must immediately report any unsafe conditions to staff.
Anyone under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol may be denied access.
Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.
11. Website Use
You agree not to:
Misuse the website.
Attempt unauthorized access.
Upload malicious software.
Copy or reproduce website content without permission.
12. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, photographs, graphics, videos, and website content remain the property of The Golf Lounge unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied or reproduced without written consent.
13. Privacy
Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable
South African data protection legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
14. Promotions
Special offers and promotions:
Cannot be combined unless stated.Are subject to availability.May be withdrawn without notice.
15. Force Majeure
The Golf Lounge shall not be liable for delays or cancellations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control,
including power failures, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or technical failures.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
